CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE

We Care is announcing its Adopt-A Family program for 2023. We realize that Christmas can be a source of worry and stress if you are already struggling. We are here to help.

Who Do We Help?

Adopt-a-Family is an income-based Christmas assistance program for struggling Grundy County families. Applications will be taken during the dates and times below. This assistance is also for people without children in need of a holiday meal. If you are in need of help, please plan to attend one of these days and bring the following required documentation:

Photo ID for the Head of Household, Printed copy of Address Verification for the last 30 days (current lease or utility bill), Printed copy of Proof of Income for the last 30 days for all adults in the household, last 4 digits of SS# for all household members, gift ideas for children and clothing sizes.

 This program is for all children birth through high school senior. Must be custodial parent/guardian.
